摘要：
With Technology Transfer is becoming more frequent in international trade; intellectual property plays an important role in the trade and investment. Under the background of China-ASEAN economic integration, intellectual property issues will gradually become the focus of China-ASEAN trade in the future. This article, based on the analyses of the patent documents and other methods, discusses the IP issues in the trade and technology transfer from China to ASEAN, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. from the creation, utilization, protection and management of IP.
