摘要
Most of mines turn into deep exploitation in Xinwen mining area, and its maximum exploitation depth has exceeded 1350 in. With the increase of mining depth, the condition of roadway surrounding rock constantly changes, and pressure gradually increases with ground pressure appears severely, so roadway drivage and support become more, and more difficult. The maximum horizontal stress reaches 40MPa and surrounding rock intensity is about 30-40MPa, and coal bed intensity is 8-12MPa in mining roadway, which is typical deep shaft high-stress soft rock mining area. For solving this problem and ensuring normal mining drivage replacement, proposing and systematically adopting deep shaft roadway fully-mechanized fast drivage packaging technology in complicated geological conditions. According to study on fully-mechanized coal winning machine research, application and type selection, fully-mechanized drivage technology transformation in complicated geological conditions, fully-mechanized coal winning machine matching systems transformation, and high-stress roadway fast support technology, additional benefits due to normal production replacement are ensured. Drivage level gradually advances per year, under the coal seam dip 25-26 degrees condition, creates thin coal seam month footage 631m and daily maximum footage 28.8m records of 21603 roadway in Huafeng coal mine, With continuous introduction and application of fully-mechanized coal winning machine and fast drivage packaging technology large scope, rusult in the overall footage ratio of fully mechanized winning in coal roadway has risen to 62.34 percent now from 21.45 percent in 2004.
