摘要
By straightly designing the permittivity tensor of a layer on PEC, we are capable to control the scattering angle and polarization of the reflective wave. Illusion Optics and Field Transformation approaches are utilized to derive the parameter. We first introduce an illusion optics approach to design diagonal components of a layer's spatially dispersive permittivity so that the scattering field could be manipulated. Moreover, by introducing coupled off-diagonal component derived by field transformation method into the permittivity, we are able to control polarization of the scattering field at the same time. The validity of this method has been demonstrated by Simulation. We also design a beam splitting polarizer based on this method.
