摘要
Electrical equipment fault diagnosis technology is being widely applied in all walks of life, the paper focuses on the classification of the diagnostic technology and process and its application in practical production. Through the study we conclude that the method of equipment fault diagnosis technology are: the traditional fault diagnosis methods, mathematics diagnosis and intelligent diagnosis method. The development trend of fault diagnosis technology is more close to the actual production, improve the diagnostic accuracy and rapidity, such as neural network and fuzzy diagnosis is not commonly used. diagnostic techniques are combined to incorporate new sensing technology, the fastest signal processing method, the latest sensor diversified information, etc., all kinds of technology mix together to promote the development of diagnostic technology. Finally through the motor stator fault simulation, fault diagnosis technology is to make a clear and intuitive understanding.
