摘要
A study was conducted to introduce analytical estimates of the backscatterd fluxes from chamber walls. The study assumed a particle beam without divergence and without scattering within the volume for developing and explaining the model required for the investigations. Calculations for the infinitesimal approximation were presented and cylindrical symmetry was used to integrate over the angle ψ. This approach helped in determining the angular distribution of the backscattered particles with respect to the impinging angle. The chamber consists of two parts, such as a cylindrical and a spherical part and both parts were divided into small rings, such that the height of each ring smaller than the chamber dimensions.
