摘要
Forecasting and Early Warning Model of Geological Disasters plays an important role in Disaster Prevention and Mitigation. Paper based on Dynamic failure factors, such as the rock and soil type, geological formations, vegetation, precipitation and human engineering activities. Take full account of the status quo of geological disasters in strength, distribution rules and trends. Use the optimal combination of empowerment theory and Extension theory evaluation model zone early warning of Jilin Province. On this basis, using Pre-effective rainfall principle to establish the forecasting and early warning model of Geological Disasters in Jilin Province. The application in 2011 flood season shows that the model conforms to the development characteristics of the geological disasters in Jilin Province.
