Peer-to-peer systems have emerged as one of the most useful ways in sharing resources in distributed environments. They organize the stored information such as to be able to retrieve it in an efficient way, without requesting the presence of a central coordinator. In this paper we model a supply chain structure with the help of a Chord-based peer-to-peer ring. Our solution allows seamless integration of stores belonging to various stakeholders in order to enhance a fast retrieval of a missing item at any location and self- organization of the integrated chain.
