摘要
Today there is considerable interest in speciation among analytical chemists because the total metal content of a sample is not sufficient for the determination of toxicological acid biochemical evaluation of the data. This paper gives an overview of the general concept of an instrument for speciation analysis with special emphasis on detection and applications using organomercury compounds.
