摘要：

This paper first expatiated the real and theoretic background of participatory planning and its present development in China, and then defined humanism. At this presupposition, the humanism in participatory planning was discussed at length. Finally, the author anticipated that, as a hopeful method, the participatory land planning must be the mainstream of land use planning mode in future China.
