摘要
The purpose of this research was to determine the impact between the use of information technology, the ability of users, and user motivation on employee performance, to determine the impact between the use of IT and the ability of users to the user motivation and to determine the indirect impact between the use of IT and user ability to the employee performance through user motivation. Primary data obtained from the results of the Kuta Mimba employee opinion obtained from the distribution of questionnaires through statement indicators in the form of a Likert scale with multiple regression and path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it is found that Use of IT has a significant positive impact on User Motivation, User Ability has a significant positive impact on User Motivation in the Koperasi Kuta Mimba, User Motivation had a significant positive impact on Employee Performances, Use of IT has a significant positive impact on Employee Performances, User Motivation was able to mediate the influence of Use of IT with Employee Performances In The Koperasi Kuta Mimba. User Ability had a positive but not significant impact on Employee Performances, and User Motivation was able to mediate the influence of User Ability with Employee Performances in the Koperasi Kuta Mimba.
