摘要
In this paper, a method is proposed for conceptual design of remote sensing satellites, based on different levels of NIIRS (National Image Interpretability Rating Scales) and statistical analysis. The extraction method of these specifications is based on statistical data of remote sensing satellites that have been launched thus far, and includes the collected database of over 300 remote sensing satellites with different resolutions. In this method, first the essential parameters for designing optical remote sensing payloads were calculated based on the data and statistical relations, considering NIIRS criterion and the resolution related to each level. Moreover, weight and power consumption of these payloads were estimated and extracted considering payload specifications of satellite bus requirements, such as mass, power consumption, and stability accuracy.
