摘要
Polycrystalline KLWM was prepared from guaranteed reagent-grade K2CO3, Li2CO3, WO3 and MoO3 using a high-temperature solid-state reaction technique. The resulting KLWM ceramic was characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) techniques. Measurements of the dielectric constant and dielectric loss were carried out both as a function of frequency and temperature. The data obtained indicate that KLWM exhibits successive phase transitions and that the intermediate phases may be due to structural modulations along the polar axis.
