摘要：

In this paper, we study the result that applied two indices of Shapley-hubik index and Shapley-Owen index about a result of reelection, front and back of the House of Councilors general election of Japan 2004. Shapley-Owen index is a index that considered a difference of a situation between political parties, and this index uses the quantification method of the third type of multivariate analysis. It is for our purpose to evaluate influence between political parties by a change of political situation quantitatively.
