摘要：
Often problems occur in software development projects. They, face problems with late deliveries, exceeds of cost estimate, failure to meet the requirements and so on. This study has been done as an action case study at the University of Trollhattan/Uddevalla. A course is performed in order to learn project administration. The course is arranged by influence of work-integrated learning. The students work with software development projects offered by external employers. It is important to improve the quality of the software project work.
