摘要
In view of the situation that urban water demand has features of growth and periodicity and it is difficult to estimate the parameters of urban water management system exactly, the model of an urban water effective supply discrete time control system was established. Based on the prediction of urban water demand, by reasonable control of urban water supply investment, urban water supply could satisfy its demand. From the point of effective supply, surplus urban water supply capacity should correspondently have the feature of periodicity. The parameters' estimated values of urban water management system may be uncertain or time-varying. In order to effectively satisfy urban water demand under that condition, we implemented robust control on the system. The given target value of surplus urban water supply capacity could be gradually approximated on the basis of urban water effective supply.
