摘要
A series of novel poly(carbazole-co-pyridine)s conjugated with copolymerized chelated Ir complexes in the main chain were synthesized by Suzuki polycondensation. Based on such copolymers, the electroluminescent devices were fabricated with configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer+PBD (w=30%)/CsF/Al. The best device performances were achieved based on copolymer PCzPyIrMppy2, which showed the maximal quantum efficiency (QE(ext)) and luminous efficiency (LE) of 4.1% and 6.1 cd/A, respectively, at current density (J) of 20.8 mA/cm(2). Besides, the QE(ext) and LE remained 3.2% and 4.8 cd/A, respectively, with peak emission at 570 nm and maximal luminance of 13251 cd/m(2). This result indicated that incorporation of the phosphorescent complex into the conjugated polymer main chain was a new way to simultaneously realize high efficiency, long-term stability of phosphorescent polymer light-emitting diodes.
