SECOND-GENERATION CELLULAR SYSTEMS HAVE ENJOYED GREAT SUCCESS. THIRD-GENERATION SYSTEMS WILL PROVIDE MORE FEATURES AND GREATER FLEXIBILITY-AS SOON AS SOME TECHNICAL CHALLENGES ARE MET.
