摘要：

In this article I would like to explain how the small and medium companies can achieve competitive strategy with their better using of knowledge and information resources. Usually the SMEs are under the strong pressure of their customers and suppliers. They have poor human and financial resources and therefore are less prepared and less able to change. A better understanding of the ways in which the SMEs adopt and implement new technologies, like information technology, knowledge management, is necessary.
