摘要
A dual polarized pattern reconfigurable antenna array using liquid crystal (LC) phase shifter is described, which can achieve beam steering in two planes. The linearly polarized antenna element is composed of three parts: a microstrip patch array, a LC-based microstrip meander line phase shifter and a feeding network. In order to realize dual polarized, the antenna array consisting of two linearly polarized elements placed orthogonal are designed. Simulation results show that the scanning angle of this antenna is 21 degrees, while its operation frequency hand is 28GHz.
