摘要
Soluble, colorless polymers containing pendant diamondoid moieties (adamantane and diamantane) were synthesized and characterized. The materials exhibited an unusual combination of moderately high refractive index with low optical dispersion. These properties may make the polymers valuable as specialty optical plastics.
