摘要
There were significant difference of demodulation spectrum featrue between simulation signal according to the existed modulation models of ship radiated noise and actual ship radiated noise. This paper analysis the modulation feature of ship radiated noise based on sub-bands DEMON estimation. The results demonstrate that ship radiated noise is amplitude modulated by propeller's beat and the modulation degree is different in different frequency band. According to this characteristic, the simulation model and method of modulation component of ship radiated noise is improved. A comparison between the new and old simulation signal is made in rhythm timbre, DEMON sub-bands spectrum and error of modulation depth feature. The result is that the demodulation spectrum featrue of simulation signal according to new simulation model is more similar to actual ship radiated noise than old simulation signal. This simulation model and method meet the requirements of ship radiated noise simulation.
