摘要
The article analyzes the main goals, objectives, directions of modeling and optimization of technological processes of construction production. The basic tasks and factors of organizational and technological modeling of construction industry, as well as their influence on the change in production volumes, labor productivity growth and the efficiency of construction enterprises have been determined. The main directions of optimization of technological processes of construction production are formulated based on the modernization and development of production and technological capabilities of construction enterprises.
