摘要
A multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), and cobalt nanoparticles (CNPs) modified indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode (Co/CNT/ITO) was fabricated for the first time on an ITO electrode. The modified ITO electrode was characterized using cyclic voltammetry, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The electrochemical behavior of adriamycin (ADM) was studied by cyclic voltammetry at Co/CNT/ITO electrode. A sensitive reduction peak of adriamycin was obtained, The system belongs to the irreversible process with adsorptive characteristics, the peak potential was -0.65 V ( vs. Ag/AgCl), the peak current was proportional to the concentration of adriamycin over the range of 1.0 x 10(-9) - 5.0 x 10(-7) mol/L and the detection limit is 1.0 x 10(-9) mol/L. The method was sensitive and convenient.
