摘要：
Immediate implant placement with an immediate restoration in the esthetic zone represents the possibility of long-term stable preservation of the peri-implant soft tissue structures. In addition to the ideal positioning of the implant, the design of the temporary restoration is essential for stable regeneration. Through the use of implants with a platform switch and a conscious subcontouring, a stable soft tissue zone can develop, which remains stable for years and fulfills the patient's expectations in the esthetic zone.
