摘要
Lin Dar Ong(1) EMPLOYEES' JOB PERFORMANCE AT THE WORKPLACE In-role behaviour has received considerable attention in organizational research. More recent research has begun to acknowledge the role of contextual performance in promoting effective organizational functioning. This article reviews the literature on 3 categories of job performance, namely organizational citizenship behaviour (OCR), counterproductive work behaviour (CWB), and task performance. It also discusses how improved job performance could benefit organizations and their members.
