The mechanistic and bureaucratic organization comes from mechanistic organization which is introduced by Weber, and it is a universal organization in today's society. It is not denied that the mechanistic and bureaucratic organization plays a very important role in improving operation efficiency and decreasing operation cost of the company, that's the reason why so many companies are absorbed in pursing this kind of organization. However, this kind of organization has defects by nature, the problem of the human resource in operation center holds the lion's share and it is difficult to conquer. Aiming this issue, this article makes a research and attempt to put forward some countermeasures in detail.
