摘要
The article examines the determinants of corporate political action of Chinese firms. Drawing on previous work related to resource dependence theory and strategic management, we developed hypotheses concerning characteristics of organizational and environmental characteristic that might influence corporate political action. The hypotheses were tested with data collected from 175 top managers of Chinese firms. The result indicates that the economic resource, top management orientation and environmental uncertainty have significant influence.
