RETRACTED: Research on Multiple Index Optimization Method of the Orthogonal Test Design (Retracted Article)

In single index orthogonal test design, the usual analysis methods are design-direct analysis, variance analysis method, and effect analysis method, with which there are some troubles in carrying out the orthogonal test design and needs a large amount of calculation. A simple matrix analysis method is introduced in this article, with which the weighs of the factors and levels having influences on the tests' results can be calculated, and then the optimal plan of multiple index orthogonal test and the important order of the factors' influences on the tests' index values can be determined according to the weights. Using this method to carry out the test analysis of the stability of the pump assembly parts' shell nosing strength, the problem of selecting the optimal plan in multiple index orthogonal test design can be solved, which proves to be a feasible analysis method.
