摘要
the conventional interlock system for preventing mal-operation in substation only cared about the internal messages, so there is no way to realize safety interlocking for preventing all mistakes in associated handling between substations. The suggestion for multi-microcomputer associated anti-missal operation interlock system in Power grid is proposed in this paper, which focused on insuring operating safely in the whole grid. Integrated all messages from of conventional order sheet system multi-operation interlock system, which gird dispatch automation system DMS, EMS, centralized control substation ,SCADA and so on, combined with power grid running rule base and power grid topology analysis and theoretically computing, dispatching operation instructing scheme and Switching operation tickets are created at the same time. Through the system, it is realized to operate device safely without error in the whole power grid. With anglicizing the present states of interlock systems for preventing, and integration of power grid states of switches, it is studied from the Dispatching operation instructing system to the substation operating tickets and computer key, and the process which the information send to each other thoroughly. The solution of muti-computer interlock system of preventing mishandling for enterprise grid is proposed sure.
