摘要
The technologies adopted in supply chain transactions, more precisely in production processes, have been responsible for enabling the fourth industrial revolution through the personalization of mass production, intelligent production processes and enabling innovation in business models. In this context, the establishment of an integrated information system that facilitates innovation and the dissemination of knowledge throughout the supply chain is paramount. Given the growing importance of the 4.0 supply chain, as well as the industry 4.0 inserted in it, and assuming that information systems are integral components of knowledge management systems, this article aimed to identify, through scientific publications, how Information systems can enable an enabling environment for knowledge management to achieve greater competitiveness in the 4.0 supply chain and the 4.0 industry. A qualitative, exploratory-descriptive and bibliographical research was undertaken regarding the means, by relating published references and discussing the scientific contributions of the researched constructs. As a result, technology tools used to enable knowledge management in supply chain 4.0 and industry 4.0 to enhance competitiveness and leverage their performance were indicated. Subsequently, some future research guidelines were identified.
