摘要：

Shchetnikov et al. recently obtained the first detailed record on the paleo-environment in the Tunka rift valley in the Late Pleistocene and the Holocene. However, when dealing with archaeological data, Shchetnikov et al. (2019) have only presented their final conclusions and have not provided us with a comprehensive analysis of the assemblage itself, which is the reason provoking these comments.
