摘要
High convergence order and efficient iterative methods play an important role in determining the solution of a nonlinear equation. One such method is considered in this article. The semilocal convergence of this method has already been presented. But, the convergence region is not large in general and the estimates on the error distances as well as information on the uniqueness of the solution ball can be improved. This is the objective of our article. The extensions are developed under the same or even weaker conditions. Finally, in the numerical work the theoretical results are tested.
