摘要：

The relevance of the appeal to the problems of interests is mediated by their imperative characteristic as an element of the structure of the legal status of subjects of various legal nature. The authors analyzed the normative legal acts of the Soviet period in order to identify the diversity of interests in them. As a result, a variable-chronological line of interests of the declared period is presented.
