摘要
In this study, an exhaustive analysis of the theoretical and conceptual foundations of project planning is carried out, as well as professional exchanges among the active members of the project. To this end, a documentary and bibliographic review is carried out to deepen the necessary foundations that will drive the feedback and transformation of the initial project. The application of the theoretical foundations addressed in the case study, together with the renewal of the initial conception of the problem and the adjustments in planning, leads us to conclude that the planning stage of a research project does not follow a linear sequence of immovable steps. The planning of a research project requires constant attention to the necessary adjustments, feedback and flexibility in its development.
