Education is a fundamental element for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, and therefore edu-cational institutions at all levels play a fundamental role in the formation of competencies for sustainability in both students and educators. The present work aims to diagno-se the capacities of the University of Computer Sciences in terms of Education for Sustainable Development Goals. An internal and external analysis of the institution is used through six strategic axes: curricular training, digitaliza-tion, research, co-curricular activities, sustainable univer-sity management, international alliances. The work pre-sents the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats present in the university, as well as specifying for each strategic axis lines of action and plans of measures as a contribution of the higher education institution to the 2030 Agenda. The proposed improvements have an im-pact on the formation of capacities to face the challenges of sustainable development, as well as on the awareness and necessary knowledge of the students and students of the university for the fulfillment of the global objectives defined by the United Nations.
