摘要：
Eschweilera foetulenta and Eschweilera magnifica, two new species of the Eschweilera parvifolia clade of Lecythidaceae from the Caribbean-slope rainforests of western and central Panama are described and illustrated, and taxonomic affinities are inferred for their placement. Information on distribution, habitat, ecology, phenology and conservation status according to IUCN protocols are provided for the new taxa.
