摘要
The purpose of the article is that, based on the concept of the text understanding as a process of assimilation and generation of senses, to characterize an innovative technology for the development of students' reading competence in the conditions of distance, blended and offline learning, which is the key to the formation of reading competence, it is the optimization basis of the educational and professional activities of future specialists.The effectiveness of the proposed technology is ensured by orientation to the system of learning problems that lead to the mastery of reading activity in full, and the basic methods of understanding the text of any format, that is: choosing a reading strategy depending on the goals and tasks of reading, building the semantic structure of the text, summarizing the text, the dialogic interaction with text, commenting on the text, compiling abstract reviews of the problem.The main advantage of the developed technology is that it ensures that students master basic reading techniques in the conditions of education digitization and it is a significant factor in optimizing their educational and professional activities in the modern conditions of highly qualified specialists training.The proposed technology is a productive tool for the formation of students' reading competence in the process of their reading activity in the context of all modern formats of higher education: online, offline, as well as blended format.
