摘要
The article is about the analysis on waves through piezoelectric semiconductor solid rotating with fix angular frequency. The theory of non-local elasticity is assumed, in which the stress defined at some specific point is a function of strain at all neighboring points. Selected medium is n-type semiconductor with piezoelectric nature. As per the theory of thermo-elasticity, elastic distortion results in propagation of thermal wave conducting through the medium, encountered by classical heat conduction equation. We derived a relation for secular equation for reflected waves, originated because of bouncing back of incident wave from the surface of the media. The study indicates four reflected waves with positive projection and one with vibrational model having zero wave number. All the waves produced are coupled waves and quasi in nature. The analytical results obtained are computed graphically for a ZnO material with piezoelectric properties. The effect of rotational, non-local and steady carrier density parameters on the amplitude ratios of waves are study graphically. The current study provides a new thought for the scholars in the domain of piezoelectric semiconductors.
