Sexual Behaviors and Childbearing Motivations of Married Individuals During the Covid-19 Pandemic

摘要
The aim of this study was to examine the sexual behaviors of married individuals, childbearing motivations and the factors affecting their childbearing motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The universe of the study consisted of married individuals who applied to Izmir Tire State Hospital (Turkiye), and the sample consisted of 518 married individuals. 18.2% of the married individuals participating in the study had a decreased sexual desire during pandemic, 49.2% wanted to have a child before the pandemic, but this rate decreased to 19.2% during the pandemic. It has been determined that the sexual behaviors of married individuals changed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
