摘要
This work is focused on the study of the stock sector of a company that provides sevices in the field of photovoltaic energy, a market area that has a high probability of growth due to the techniques developed over the years in relation to concerns with the environment and sustainability in search of renewable energy sources. In view of this, the work allows an analysis of the direction to be followed in the implementation of inventory management linked to 5S and Kanban methodologies. Inventory management and planning are essential when it comes to the success of a company that uses this sector, since it is a department that is directly linked to the cash flow of an organization, since companies in this sector deal with high investments, wich requires increased attention in relation to waste and unnecessary costs present in stock sectors that do not have proper planning or management. The general objective is to analyze the implementation of inventory management, wich lacks administration, in order to highlight which results and benefits can be brought to the company. The development of the work was carried out through case study at the entero, having characteristics of descriptive research and qualitative character. As a result, the proposed layout with the 5S method, as well as the implementation of the Kanban method and directions to create efficient management were obtained.
