摘要：
The Information Society (SIC) from the perspective of the Network Society, which is on the way to becoming a Knowledge Society within the new digital contexts, facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the emergence of new ways of creating, share, consume and gain feedback from knowledge that is part of the digital culture that is also multicultural and is linked to global Integral and Inclusive Human Development inside and outside the network. Demand, identify, study and recognize mechanisms and instruments in favor of Digital Literacy and Inclusion for your benefit
