摘要
The superconducting electrodynamic suspension train has advantages such as a large suspension gap and a high lift-to-drag ratio. Its ground coils are made of ironless hollow windings laid along the track. Due to the strong magnetic field generated by the onboard superconducting magnets, the train exerts instant and intense stress on the coils when passing through. This article proposed four kinds of track coils with different fixed structures, and investigated the structural strength by an analytical-simulation coupling analysis method. First, the 3-D electromagnetic force distribution model of the actual track coil was established, and the load distribution of each coil was accurately characterized. Then, four kinds of fixed methods of the track coil were proposed and their mode analysis was carried out. Subsequently, the loading capacity of four kinds of track coils under extreme stress load was studied by static loading analysis. Finally, through the transient stress analysis, the stress variation of four kinds of track coils during the actual operation was investigated.
