ENVIRONMENTAL AGENDA IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (A3P) ALLIED WITH KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT: ECOLIGA-RO PRACTICAL CASE

Purpose: To analyze Ecoliga's sustainability actions based on the theory of Knowledge Management and the actions of the Environmental Agenda of Public Administration.Method/approach: This descriptive research, with application of the case study method, which analyzed the strategic planning of Ecoliga comparing adherence to the Environmental Agenda Program of Public Administration and subsequent evaluation using the Knowledge Management model for sustainability. Data analysis was qualitative, using documentary and bibliographic sources, using content analysis as an interpretation technique.Main findings: Ecoliga's strategic planning is aligned with 2 axes of the Public Administration's Environmental Agenda; it has correlation with the elements of knowledge management, but these elements called transfer, storage and application are still in the early stages of implementation. After applying the Model, the need to develop a sustainability diagnosis was identified; publicize the actions taken by Ecoliga to better evaluate the results.Theoretical, practical/social contributions: The Public Administration's Environmental Agenda presents indications of actions that can help Ecoliga to implement effective actions aimed at sustainability, meeting the Knowledge Management processes and improving the maturity of knowledge about sustainability in the Ecoliga network.Originality/relevance: Apply an evaluation methodology: Knowledge Management Model for Sustainability that assists in monitoring the results of the actions taken, as well as making the indicative for the alignment of actions to the A3P program aiming at achieving sustainability.
