摘要
As we all know, the various excellent properties of perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) have attracted attention in recent years. However, thei work stability is still the bottleneck to be solved urgently in their commercialization process. In this study, we encapsulated CsPbBr3 quantum dots in nano-SiO2 (inorganic) by a high-temperature sintering method and investigated the changes in optical stability before and after encapsulation. The SiO2 shell can effectively suppress anion exchange and photo-degradation, which greatly improves the photothermal stability of shell NCs. Preparation of composite films by mixing CsPbBr3-SiO2 (inorganic) and polymer material PMMA (organic) by a solvent solution method can further enhance its stability. Meanwhile, the backlight display device realized the practical application of CsPbBr3-SiO2/CsPbBr1.2I1.8@PMMA with a wide color gamut (112% of the NTSC, 84% of the Rec. 2020). This is a very significant step to open up the awkward situation of the practical application of perovskite NC materials in backlight displays.
