In biology, there are no good or evil molecules. There is limited or no evidence to support the consump-tion of antioxidants or (super) foods rich in antioxidants, for the intended purpose of an antioxidant effect, because there is risk of interfering with free radicals and deoptimizing the regulation of fun-damental processes.
