摘要
As urban economies rapidly develop, energy consumption has significantly increased. Thus, it is essential to not only promote economic growth but also prioritize sustainable development and the use of green energy. Building energy consumption, in particular, is a significant contributor to urban energy consumption, making energy-saving and emission reduction in the construction industry crucial. Green building energy consumption accounts for approximately 30% of building energy consumption, highlighting the importance of energy management research on green buildings. This article aims to explore energy efficiency assessment and energy consumption prediction methods for green buildings based on remote sensing technology. Additionally, we will examine how building information modeling (BIM) technology can form a framework for the green building energy management system. The integration of BIM technology in energy management tasks can improve the efficiency of green building energy management, providing reliable theoretical support, methodological suggestions, and empirical references. Green landscape design is combined with green building. Landscape design can not only create a good building environment, but also combine with site green technology to reduce energy consumption. Without a strict and scientific landscape design plan, landscape design and construction will have no basis. Through the study of green building energy and viewing technology, this article allows people to better understand the energy consumption of Chinese buildings and the progress of viewing technology and provides a theory for people to change building energy consumption and improve viewing technology.
