Two Mixed-ligand Cu(II)-based Coordination Polymers: Treatment Activity on Children Chronic Myocarditis by Regulating the hs-cTnT Expression

摘要
In the current study, via using a mixed-ligand synthesis approach, two new Cu(II)-containing coordination polymers (CPs) with the chemical formulae of [Cu(oba)(bpta)]<middle dot>(DMF)(2) (1, bpta = N,N'-bis(4- pyridinyl)-terephthalamide) and [Cu(oba)(bpfb)]<middle dot>(DMF)(2) (2, bpfb = N,N'-(1,4-phenylene)diisonicotinamide) have been successfully prepared via reaction of Cu(NO3)(2) <middle dot>3H(2)O and 4,4'-oxydibenzoic acid (H2 oba) in the presence of different N-donor co-ligands under solvothermal conditions. The apoptosis of the virus infected cardiomyocytes was measured with Annexin V-FITC Apoptosis Detection Kit firstly. In addition, the levels of the virus infected cardiomyocytes were evaluated after compound 1 or 2 treatment and levels of the hs-cTnT in the cardiomyocytes was also measured after indicated treatment
