摘要
A new terpenoid, mahuang acid C (1), and six known terpenoids were identified and isolated from the stem of Ephedra equisetina Bunge. The structures of terpenoids were analyzed using spectroscopic methods involving NMR spectra and HRESIMS analyses. The absolute configuration of compound 1 was confirmed by comparing its experimental and calculated ECD spectra. The vitro bioactive assay revealed that compounds 3 and 7 possessed potential antineoplastic activities.
