摘要
The present paper is based upon the printed material as fused filament fabrication (FFF) technique. The strength and structure of polylactic acid (PLA) material are highly usable and effective in the present scenario. The study investigates the effect of various slicing and printing parameters on the tensile strength and overall structure of PLA material. ISO 527-2 Type 1A specimens are printed, and Taguchi's L27 orthogonal array and ANOVA optimization techniques are employed to identify the optimal combination of parameters that would produce the maximum tensile strength. Various parameters such as print speed, layer thickness, Infill density, raster angle, print speed, and infill pattern are taken as standard tools for research on 3-D printing. Results reveal that raster angle is one of the most significant factors, with the S/N ratio value shifting from high to low as the angle increased from 0 & DEG; to 90 & DEG;. The findings of this study may be useful for optimizing printing parameters to produce high-strength PLA parts using FFF technology.
