摘要
This article discusses the transformations resulting from publicity in the Bahia Symphony Orchestra (Osba) in the context of management. Publicization is a management model that is characterized by the administration of an institution by a Social Organization (SO), through a contract with a state entity. The concepts that structure this work are those of Management and Publicization. The theoretical references used are from authors who work on these concepts, including those that deal specifically with the publicity of orchestras. From a methodological point of view, the research constitutes a Case Study. The results show that publicity has substantially transformed Osba in the scope of its management, and this is the main contribution of this work, which offers subsidies for management and cultural governance.
